RUDDER RINGS ?? LEAKING

Hi my 230 is collecting water at the back behind the fuel tank and is then running forward and sitting up the side of the engine next to the riggers , ( not a lot but in my mind the water stays outside the boat Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view.

I have found the cause after much hunting to be the rudder is allowing water to run up the shaft only when underway  and get in past the nylon top bush , having ordered a new pair of bushes from Arvor at a mortgage it comes as two bushes  with two  o rings in each spaced out inside to "do the sealing" .
I am wondering if anybody has had experience of changing them , I do understand its boat out , get boat high enough to get rudder off without hitting the ground , but my big questions is do the nylon bush simply push in or is likely to be bonded in ? my boat is not a major sweat to take the fuel tank out if necessary to gain more access  and access is a little fiddly but doable
see attached photos of the leaking bush and the new bushes .
thanks in advance

Arvor 215AS self drain deck

The boat is comming out the water in March for tis first service and a few mod's, since the day i purchased it i have never liked the self drain deck scuppers, way too much water coems in and washes over the deck in any kind of sea or if peope are at the back of the boat, my old Arvor had a simple rubber flap that let water out but none in, the new Arvor 215 has flappy plastic covers that seem to catch weaves and stay open for long periods of time causing alot of water to rush over the deck.

Can anyone recommend a mod that can be done to aid in this? i have seen you can fit none return scuppers etc and open to ideas from people who ahve had experiance with this before. Very poorly designed IMO the Arvor 215AS but a great boat to do what i wish when out at sea.

Arvor 190 / 20

Hi all sold my raider two months ago , been looking for a 190 or  a 20 did not think one would be so hard to come bye.
