(Can I add... If you dont want the turbo to stick, then STOP running the engine on tickover for ages with a view of "topping the battery up" and use the engine as its designed to be used, through the whole rev range... No problems if the engine is used..  big_smile )

I read the turbo instruction, and I do not agree with the procedure! Using WB-40 is not at good idea. It penetrates and cleans, but burns above 160 degre, leaving burnt particles!! Next step to use the Chesterton 785 will only have a effect if the turbo is taken apart. Chesterton 785 is a mounting paste (or on spray), but it has no penetrating effect, so without taking the turbo apart, it will have no or very little effect.
Instead!! Use this!!
Forget WB-40, and get the Chesterton 610 spray!! This is able to penetrate, and cleans and lubricate, without taking things apart. It can be used where temperatures are very high, and if it burns, it leaves no residues.

Rgs,

Lars
