Tacho

Does anybody know how you change the tacho digital display settings?

I'm trying to change the engine temperature display (the one I have showing all of the time) from farenheit to celcius and can't fathom out how you alter it.  There are three buttons at the bottom of the clock and they are minus symbol, mode and then a plus symbol.

Any help appreciated.
